This policy explains how Dynamic QR Suite processes information when you create, manage, scan, or purchase QR code services.

Information we process

We process account and billing references supplied by our checkout provider, QR code destinations and campaign names you submit, scan telemetry such as time, general country, device category and referrer host, and optional marketing attribution such as GCLID and UTM parameters after consent.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver and secure the service, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide campaign reporting, diagnose product performance, and—only where permitted—measure advertising effectiveness.

Cookies and local storage

Essential local storage keeps your QR ownership tokens and service session working. Optional analytics storage is disabled unless you select “Allow analytics.” You may clear your browser storage or change your choice by clearing the saved preference and revisiting the site.

Payments and sharing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. We do not store full card numbers. We share data only with service providers needed to operate hosting, analytics, payment, fraud prevention, and support, or where legally required.

Retention and your choices

We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. A verified support contact will be displayed before the public paid launch.

Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Updates

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
