Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dynamic QR Suite. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate billing information.

The service

Static QR codes encode content directly and do not depend on our redirect service. Dynamic QR codes use a hosted redirect, can be edited, and may include scan analytics subject to the selected plan and fair-use limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD and applicable taxes may be added by the merchant of record. Cancellation stops future renewals; Growth access continues through the paid period unless required otherwise by law or a refund.

QR Continuity

When paid access ends, existing active dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destinations. The first three dynamic QR codes remain editable under the Free plan. Editing and detailed analytics for additional codes pause until a paid subscription is restored. Continuity does not protect destinations suspended for abuse, unlawful content, security threats, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for malware, phishing, deception, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, illegal goods, harassment, or content that creates material harm. We may suspend harmful destinations or abusive use.

Your content

You retain responsibility for destinations, logos, text, and campaigns you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, redirect, process, and display that content to operate the service.

Availability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Do not use a dynamic QR code as the sole access path for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required information.

Refunds and changes

Your first Growth plan purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Renewal charges and purchases showing abusive or fraudulent use are handled according to applicable law and the policy displayed at checkout. Material pricing or service changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal where required.
